Unwinding Anxiety combines neuroscience, mindfulness, and anti-anxiety tools. These tools help you learn how to ride out stressful episodes and control your anxiety. It was created by renowned neuroscientist and behavior change and mindfulness expert, Dr. Jud Brewer.
