Staying Fit at Home
Exercise is a great stress buster and mood manager. But now that we can no longer go to the gym, and home gym equipment is on backorder everywhere, it’s not easy to stay fit while you stay at home. We’re here to help.
Get Fit. Don’t Quit!
Our “Get Fit. Don’t Quit!” program is a free resource from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona. It’s available to all Arizonans. You’ll find exercise videos you can do at home, plus nutrition tips, motivational interviews, and more to support your fitness plan. Jake Steinfeld of Body by Jake®, a fitness industry leader, brings his “DON’T QUIT” enthusiasm to help you move more every day.
Check out the extensive video library for fun ways to stay fit at home. Videos show you how to work out solo or with a family member, using gear you already have on hand, like your kitchen sink, a broomstick, water bottles, cans, and towels.
So it’s easy to get inspired and equipped to build fitness into your daily routine. Plus, you have expert guidance each step of the way.
